Banh My 197, titled according to what it sells and the corresponding street number, is a little white food cart on the corner of the road. It stands out because the coat of white paint on the cart is stark contrast to the worn and mossed over concrete tiles of the sidewalk. A lovely lady runs the cart and is quick to help you -- right when I pulled up on the side of the road, she stood up and asked what I wanted as she walked to the cart. I ordered two pate egg sandwiches and she made them promptly. She spread some chili, pate and soy sauce in the bread and filled it with some cucumbers and leafy herbs while the eggs were frying. Once the eggs finished, she firmly placed them inside, wrapped the sandwiches in some recycled paper and bagged it all. 10K a sandwich seems the standard price, so can't complain there!
