Owner is from Osaka and his passion on Takoyaki created this place. Bringing special mix flour and sauce from Osaka and importing Octopus from Akashi (top branded Octopus place in Japan). Inside is creamy texture but not raw. Outside is crispy but not hard. I think this is very good place to experience real Takoyaki. You get to see professional Takoyaki grilling skill at store front, too.
