Lâu lâu thèm đồ ăn Huế thì chỉ biết ghé chỗ này, đủ tiêu chí: Ăn ngon, lịch sự, sạch sẽ, dễ thương và nhạc hay.

Thức ăn và thức uống đều rất tươi và rất sạch sẽ !!! Chén bát, đũa muỗng, vật dụng dùng trong ăn uống rất giản dị, làm cho thực khách cảm giác như được quây quần bên mâm cơm ở Sài Gòn những năm thập niên 80-90 !!! Bày trí trong quán cũng toàn những vật dụng cũ, xưa. Không gian trang trí dễ chịu, yên tĩnh vào buổi chiều tối rất thích hợp để vừa dùng bữa tối vừa trò chuyện !!!

From the owner to the staff, they were polite enough to keep the business survival. Yet, the food quality and customer services are the must improved things to secure loyal customers for the long run. There wasn’t consistency in the food portion and ingredient quality. We had lunch sets and combination of Hue pancake plate. There was a very fresh fly died right on the top of the cake. It was really disgusting. I understand the incident could happen, nothing was perfect. The staff awkwardly apologized and quickly took the mini cake away, the owner witnessed the situation but glanced at us very quickly and walked by without saying anything. It was very disappointing as he could have handled it in professional and better way. Even though last time I encountered the same problem where a little cockroach ran from my lunch plate, I still decided to give this lovely restaurant a second chance. But this would be the last! As checking out, the owner gave us 25% discount out of the total price of the plate (80,000VND). I thought he was willing to compensate the service and sincere to solve the incident. But, he seemed to trick his customers. And I definitely do not think that’s very honest to run a cuisine business. He discounted 20,000VND for the cake and had already charged extra 20,000VND for other two lunch sets instead. It was break even point for the business at the same time to please the customers for their unprofessionalism in food safety and hygiene failure. The money compensation is not a matter that we were trying to speak out our experience to the public. But the solution the owner decided to present is really a shame! Please respect your customers by delivering the best quality in food and the services. There’s nothing free. We paid for what we got. And we all think we were deserved more than the foolest trick from the owner. Comparing with other Hue cuisine restaurants, this place is overpriced for the food portion and the services. The staff was very slow and unprofessional even though they got help from the owner. They seemed not know how to serve and handle problems in very basic manners. We were not surpirsed as the owner himself was not aware how to deliver excellent customer service as well. Finally, this place is over rating. Hoping this review will be taken seriously by the managment and getting the business better. -
Very very happy with my dinner. The owners are a young couple who are building on the success of mom. Both speak great English, so they helped me a bit with ordering. Was staying nearby and decided to try. People were so friendly and the food was so good. There is an inside air conditioned area which looks very comfortable. I sat outside in a protected area near some of the Chef's. It was great sitting near the street and watching the scooters go by. Enjoying a beer and the great food. I will come back soon.

Lo ăn không mà quên cả chụp hình lại :))) bởi vì quá ngon quá hấp đẫn đó mà . Đến tiệm cũng nhiều lần rồi rất thích không gian decor của quán , đặc biệt là bị" fall in love with" cao lầu. Nhân viên rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình , dù quán đông hay vắng . Nhất định sẽ làm khách hàng thân thiết của quán :)))
